Happy Thanksgiving Eve! We arrived home from Hawaii yesterday and we are frantically prepping for Thanksgiving tomorrow! We put our Christmas tree up this morning and have big plans to decorate it on Saturday with mugs full of hot cocoa topped with an unnecessarily large number of tiny marshmallows. Quinn is so excited to help Ryne make the turkey brine tonight and tomorrow we are headed to my mom’s house for dinner. Several of our extended family members are in town for the holiday. We are oh so excited for festive food and the even more festive conversations with difficult relatives. In the morning we’ll be celebrating the best way we know how- with the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, pastries, and of course- mimosas! We’ll top the night off with games, full tummies, and Ryne and I snuggling in bed to Christmas Vacation. Wishing you a very happy Thanksgiving!
