I can’t believe another baby joined us seaside this year for our end of summer trip to Maui! We are turning into a small circus and I totally swore off traveling with children after our flight home this time last year, but the truth is I can’t resist watching these babes fall in love with the beach year after year. It just gets sweeter to watch their little hands collect flowers on the walk to the beach and see their sweet faces light up when they play in the waves. Conrad has been asking all summer to go to the beach and it was so fun to finally grant his wish! He had the BEST time playing in the sand and Quinn was so sweet the way she protected him near the ocean. This was Ivy’s first flight and she was so freaking good! Easiest flight ever with three kids. We were so grateful to have my parents with us on this trip. It’s always special to get family time together and they were a huge help with the kiddos, especially Ivy at this age because we wanted to keep her out of the sun as much as possible.
This trip was the perfect farewell to summer. School starts next week, there are pumpkins growing in our garden, and a fall candle flickering on the counter, which means it’s basically fall 😉
