We celebrated Ivy turning two on Friday with a small gathering of those closest to her, lots of balloons, and the most delicious cake ever! It snowed for the second year in a row on her birthday, but this birthday beats last year’s birthday by a mile 😉 Having our loved ones over to our new place was extra sweet. We moved into our rental a few weeks ago and we are LOVING it, but it definitely helped to enhance that homey feeling to share our space with our loved ones!
Our Ivy girl is such a fun and silly little thing (not to mention mischievous to the high heavens!). I absolutely love the way she smiles anytime I hold eye contact with her for more than a second. She is the most social of social butterflies. Her two-year-old obsessions include Peppa Pig, bubbles, babies, snacks, swings, and doing everything her siblings do, of course. I never want to forget the way she says “UH HUH!” or the way she calls her brother “Bubby” and her sister “Doo-doo” (poor thing! Ha!). She absolutely loves shoes of all sizes and we absolutely love her!! You are so easy to celebrate, sweet thing!
Wishing you one hundred & two more years of making magic & mischief, sweet girl! We love you more than all the stars and the moons in the sky!!
