Happiest November!! We had so much fun prepping for Halloween. Activities this year included pumpkin painting, baking tons of fun treats, and lots of trick or treating. I absolutely loved that Conrad was able to get into it this year and it’s still just so crazy to me that we will have three kids to experience all the magic of the holidays come this time next year!
We trick or treated in our neighborhood with three little girlfriends who live down the street. I fully expected to hit five or six houses and then head home to pass out candy. About a mile down the road I had to phone the neighbors and beg them to refill the dinky bowl of candy we left on our porch. Conrad isn’t even two-years-old and he insisted on walking the entire two mile loop. He was THE CUTEST running up to each house, trying to keep up with the big girls. He never did figure out how to say “trick or treat”, but I think his “tay-to” was treat enough for everyone.
Per usual, the kids were up way past their bedtime eating way too much candy. I’ve eaten Snickers with my coffee every morning since then and now I remember why we don’t keep candy in our house 😉 We had such a fun Halloween this year, but I was so excited to take down all of our spider webs in anticipation of the MOST WONDERFUL TIME OF THE YEAR!!
