We are dreaming of April showers, blooming flowers, and all the fun spring things ahead! Bring on warmer weather and patio drinks!! We will be moving out of our house days before Easter weekend, which is forcing me to plan ahead for our festivities. I thought I’d share all the fun Easter things that I’ve found for the kids this year!
If you’re looking for a little Easter basket goodie inspiration, I follow the same formula year after year for baskets that are both practical and festive! I try to incorporate items I would already buy for the upcoming season- a bathing suit or spring outfit + a summer accessory (shoes // hat // sunglasses) + art supplies // cute notebooks // chalk + a seasonal book (always!) + a stuffed animal or something else super soft (like a fun beach towel) + a festive candy (like these).
I am so excited to watch Ivy get excited for all the fun this year! She is going to go nuts for the cutest blue bunny with liberty floral ears that I found while Ryne and I were in Beaver Creek in December. The cutest! I picked up this outfit for her to wear to Easter brunch, but this jumpsuit and striped shirt would make for a super cute option as well. Other basket fillers that would be perfect for toddlers would be these and these. And if you’re looking for a cute Easter basket, I bought this one from Target a few years ago. It is a perfect size, super cute, and will literally last forever.
My sweet boy is going to be SO EXCITED about hunting for all the treasures in the plastic eggs, but these bath bombs will be a close second. These egg-shaped ones would be another fun option AND they have little dinosaur surprises in them! Conrad can always count on a couple of clothing items from one of my fav small shops EVER. It is literally the only place I will buy shorts for him. They are super durable, not too long, and I absolutely love all the colors! Highly recommend. Each of the kids will be getting a few vinyl stickers from this shop that they can stick on their iPad cases. The kids will love them!
My Quinny girl loves rompers and jumpsuits of all kinds, gel pens, notepads, and bright watercolors. The book that I picked for her has the most beautiful illustrations and the story is about a kid who is moving! So I thought that would be perfect for her as she navigates the waters of leaving the only home she’s ever known. The knit doll is pricey, but it is the cutest!
My sister is coming into town this year and bringing her kids all the way from London! We’ll see my dad on Saturday and then we are going to my mom’s for Sunday Brunch. I am going to bring one of the most stunning charcuterie boards you’ve ever seen from my sweet friend’s company Graceful Grazing Co. If you are local, she is a gem and her boards will make you look so good at your next gathering 😉
