We are home from our Christmas vacation and, after a week in the sun, I think we’re all finally recovered from the holidays. December is always absolute madness for us (in a fun way, but it’s definitely madness). And even though packing for five people the day after Christmas was it’s own special kind of chaos, the trip was beyond relaxing and left me feeling totally refreshed. That slow week between Christmas and New Years is a favorite of mine. Somehow it always leaves me feeling restored and this year was no different. Each day we had coffee on the lanai, went for a morning walk, took the kids to the pool, and stuffed our faces with tons of fabulous fresh food. And we definitely lost track of what day it was 😉 Our 2019 with early bedtimes and we kicked off the New Year with a quiet morning playing at the beach with the babes. Memories by the sea are the sweetest!
