Happy Friday! We have a busy couple of weeks ahead of us with Valentine’s Day on Wednesday, Conrad’s 1st birthday next Saturday, and his birthday party the following Sunday (definitely going to need more coffee). Ryne and I hired a legitimate babysitter, which means we’re going out on the 14th! We love to get dressed up and go out to a new restaurant, but this time we’ll be grabbing some good old fashioned tacos and tequila and we are pretty darn excited about it!
I love any reason to celebrate, especially when it involves decorating the house with all the fun heart shaped things. Ryne and I picked up a few items from Target to fill a small Valentine’s Day basket for the kids. They want for nothing after Christmas, but a love-themed book, some stickers, and puff snacks (for Conrad) will make the day a little extra fun and I know they will be so excited! In case you need any last minute gift ideas for your love, I am rounding up a handful of gifts that you can still have on your doorstep by Wednesday (Amazon prime is our bff).
