Merriest Christmas to you and yours! It was such a joyful season for us to celebrate Christmas in our new house. December in the Hammons household looked like wreaths in our windows since Thanksgiving; our elf on the shelf arriving on December 1st with Christmas-colored balloons; time for mom & dad in Aspen; Christmas music & movies on repeat; letters to Santa; a weekend away to San Diego for memory-making; skating by the sea; Christmas pageants and parties complete with sparkly dresses; gads of packages arriving by mail; the smell of peppermint and gingerbread floating through the house; hosting and toasting with those we hold dear; the joyful anticipation of the birth of our Savior. Our hearts are so full!
