How is the baby of the Hammons’ crew already a toddler?! The last year and a half have absolutely flown by. Although I miss the sweet squishiness of newbornhood, this is my favorite stage ever!! She is gradually adding words to her growing vocabulary. She has so much personality and it is the absolute best!
Age: 19 months
Stats: Weight: 20lbs 3oz (15th percentile) Height: 31.5inches (30th percentile)
Clothes: 18-24 months (so fun seeing her in all of Quinny’s toddler clothes)
Words: Mom, mama, dad, BUB!, up, down, night-night, please, thank you (“tay”), here, snack, yum, milk (“mee”), “nun” (my sister London), “di” (sissy) and lots & lots of every toddler’s favorite word- no. She is obsessed with Daniel Tiger. She has six little people from the show that she runs around with, trying to hold them all at once, saying Daniel like “deeyal”. She also has a bunny and blankie who are her BFFs that she interchangeably calls “buoy” in the highest pitch voice. It makes me giggle every time I hear it 🙂 And for everything else, she says “bah”.
Favorite foods: Homemade chicken noodle soup (a fan fav at Hammons Manor!), yogurt, turkey slices, and blueberries. Chocolate milk. She loves raisins. Mostly loves meat. Not a fan of any veggies yet (are any of us really?). Absolutely refuses to eat takeout of any kind.
Favorite activities: Trying on shoes. Snatching her brother’s blankie and running like hell. Pulling out ALL of the Tupperware. Playing with matches and making mischief 😉
Watching you grow is absolute magic, Squeaky Girl! We love you more than the moon & all of the stars in the sky!
She’s beautiful, charming and smart. Her killer smile lights me up each time she catches me winking at her. She adores her siblings and clearly is very comfortable in her role as the youngest, special Hammons. I love her to death!
And she loves you right back, Papa!
