Our last trip as a family of three! Every year before Christmas we travel to Coronado Island, California for a little R&R. I won’t be allowed to travel after the holidays, so soaked up all the joy of this last getaway. Quinn let us enjoy a slow breakfast each morning and we even managed to get out for a few long walks. Friday night, we met new friends for dinner. It’s hard to say who enjoyed the time more… Ryne and I? Or Quinn, who had presents trickled across the table to her throughout the meal. Quinn got to ice skate for the first time and enjoyed enough milk and cookies to make Santa jelly. I’d say it was a weekend well done.
