Age: 9 months
Stats: 16lbs 13oz and 27 inches (10th percentile for each)
New this month: Pulling himself to standing on us. Not so much on furniture or toys yet. He’s officially saying a few words including ‘mama’, ‘dada’, ‘nigh nigh’, and ‘hi’. And it looks like he may have a couple of bottom teeth on the way!
Favorite things: Eating real food! Conrad loves eggs, cheese, noodles, meat, yogurt, strawberries, sweet potato, and bread. And he loves to feed himself. Mealtime just got a whole lot messier cuter.
Least favorite things: Milk drank from a breast. Suddenly, Bubs will only tolerate milk from a bottle. Truly, it breaks my heart. I have loved every precious moment feeding Conrad- even when he’s literally pulling my hair out. But with Bubs falling off the growth chart it is most important to me that he drinks milk, regardless of the source. Praying to the good Lord above that I am on not a fast track to exclusively pumping.
Nicknames: Bubs. Big man. Handsome boy.
Sign language: Signing ‘milk’ like a mad man. Possibly signing ‘more’. Currently using shrieking as his primary form of communication.
